Mission:
Optimize and improve manufacturing processes while driving efficiency and product quality. By applying your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking, you will enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure our operations align with company goals. You will own the engineering requirements from Release to Manufacturing to End of life for all assigned programs.

- Reduce standard hours through process optimization by 5%.
- Complete operator training on new programs within designated number of production jobs.
- Lower production costs by improving material utilization and reducing waste by 10% in one year.
- Successfully launch a new product line and achieve full production readiness and ramp-up within 3 months.
- Deep Technical Expertise in Mechanical Engineering. Ability to apply advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and systems to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Technical Design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and interpreting technical drawings.
- Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Expertise in optimizing production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Problem Solving. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Project Management. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
