As the HR Business Partner for our Plattsburgh facility, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, shaping a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact every day — from strengthening leadership capability and resolving employee matters to building a reliable workforce that keeps production moving.
Outcomes:
Reduce average time-to-fill metric for hourly roles to
- 30 days.
- Reduce unplanned absenteeism by 10–15% year over year. Achieve
- 90% participation rate and improve overall Great Place To Work Trust Index score by 3 percentage points annually after the next cycle. Maintain voluntary turnover of
- 5% quarterly. Act as a key safety advisor by supporting the safety committee and ensuring people-related safety training and documentation remain compliant, with
- 98% on-time training completion.
