Key skills, abilities, and knowledge:
- Ability to communicate (oral/written).
- Ability to direct and lead subordinates and others safely and efficiently.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, etc.
- Ability to plan, organize and direct multiple work activities simultaneously.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret field documents, plant drawings, and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts preferably.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and the ability to follow safe work practices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience Five or more years of maintenance or related experience is desirable. Must have Supervisory experience.
- Educational: Bachelor or Technical degree in Facility Management or a related field.
- Certificates, Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
