Responsibilities
Your role as an Associate Director will involve:- Drive recruitment strategies and engage prospective candidates for master’s programs.
- Lead or support marketing and outreach campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Organize and deliver events such as info sessions, master classes, and fairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, alumni, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment, marketing, and admissions efforts.
- Conduct follow‑ups, consultations, and outreach to guide candidate pipelines.
- Provide data tracking and reporting to support decision-making and strategy.
- Support general NYC office operations as needed.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Master’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in fields such as business development, recruitment, marketing, higher education, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence addressing diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global, multicultural environment.
- Capacity for strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States.
