Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Conduct mechanical repairs, including hydraulics and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with voltmeters, schematics, HVAC systems, high voltage applications, and hydraulics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
