Inventory Specialist

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory
• Maintain realtime inventory accuracy across systems
• Assist with a monthly full audit of inventory with the assistance of our accounting team
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues
• Help optimize SKU organization and storage efficiency

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and track outgoing shipments
• Assist with expedited or highpriority orders when needed

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Organize shelves, bins, and storage locations for efficiency
• Assist with returns processing and restocking
• Support kitting, bundling, or light assembly of products
• Help improve warehouse workflows and processes over time

Operations Support

• Data entry for accounting, marketing, eCommerce as needed
• Ordering of office supplies and restock of facilities
• Working with building maintenance on work orders, repairs, etc.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, or shipping software
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel, shipping platforms)
