Therapist

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Delivers clinical care, conducts therapy groups, and develops treatment plans aligned with licensing standards.
• Coordinates care, collaborates with referral sources, and ensures continuity of services post-discharge.
• Maintains clinical documentation, promotes recovery-focused interventions, and supports staff development.
• Participates in supervision, on-call duties, and adheres to professional standards with active licensure in Maine.
• Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in addiction treatment.
