School-based Therapist

As a Therapist, you will support individuals and families on their mental health journey through assessments, personalized treatment plans, and various therapeutic modalities such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Implement crisis management to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case coordination.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with valid state licensure. Preferred experience in behavioral health or working with children and families, along with conflict management skills.
