RN Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, a CMS 5-star rated facility with a Bronze Quality Award.

• Oversee nursing staff, conduct disciplinary actions, and identify training needs.
• Participate in performance appraisals and ensure quality resident care.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor care standards, and handle emergencies.
• Manage admissions, documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with policies and address resident and family concerns.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible schedules.
  
  

Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and preferred LTC experience.
