The role offers full-time or part-time options (4-5 days/week), with potential practice sharing and flexible employment or contractor arrangements. The department features advanced equipment, including a Truebeam LINAC and Siemens PET/CT, supporting comprehensive radiation services.
Responsibilities include patient consultations, prescribing and monitoring radiation treatments, collaborating with medical physicists, ensuring safety protocols, and staying current with industry advancements. The candidate will work closely with a healthcare team, maintain detailed records, and contribute to innovative care practices.
Qualifications: MD or DO, completed radiation oncology residency, board eligibility or certification, Wyoming medical licensure, DEA, and BLS certification. Strong patient care skills and understanding of internal medicine are essential.
