Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician*.
- Be part of an experienced team of four providers, overseeing dedicated rehab therapies and programs.
- Provide leadership for a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.
- Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatient cases, collaborating on individualized, patient-centered care plans.
- Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consultative models.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards.
- Opportunities for outpatient practice in the PM&R clinic are available.
- Enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours, call as needed, and optional evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualifications include MD or DO with BC/BE in PM&R.
- Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K, with RVU productivity, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, malpractice insurance, and more.
- Relocation assistance is provided; work is primarily in person.
