Education
- Graduate of an accredited counseling or social work program, holding a current LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license preferred. Associate levels (CSW, LPCA, etc.) considered.
- Must possess a graduate degree in a human services field as per regulations.
- Relevant training/work in a managed care environment, including service planning, clinical pathways, discharge planning, and case management.
- Pass background checks and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Provide individual and family counseling in home, school, or community settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners.
- Assist in family-oriented program development and provide staff training.
- Manage associated risks and participate in supervision.
- Complete ongoing education as required by licensing.
