Nursing Manager, NICU

We are seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee all aspects of nursing care for assigned patient groups, managing staff, resources, and operations in line with institutional goals.

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred candidates have 4 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in management, and specialty certification.
• Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, performance feedback, budget management, resource optimization, and ensuring quality patient care and compliance with standards.
• Key duties involve communication with medical staff, patient satisfaction assessment, participation in quality improvement, and community outreach.
• Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on cost-effective operations and professional development.
  
  

Work is in person, full-time, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours, offering a salary range of $969.64 to $1,167.74 weekly. Equal employment opportunity policies are strictly followed.
