Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our 5 clinic locations in Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg (2), and Low Moor. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct in-clinic assessments of new and established patients, develop treatment plans, and perform evaluations.
• Order and review diagnostic tests, refer patients to specialists, and manage medications, including intrathecal pumps.
• Perform minor procedures such as joint, trigger point, and Botox injections.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, follow prescriptive protocols, and participate in ongoing education and meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships, adhere to safety policies, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  
  

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, an active or pending Virginia license and DEA registration, and preferably 1 years of experience but willing to train. Full-time position with competitive salary ($90,000-$120,000), benefits, and relocation assistance to Low Moor, VA.
