- Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate client records and progress notes
- Offering crisis intervention and risk assessments
- Participating in professional development activities
- Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- License eligible in NM
- Minimum three years of counseling experience
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapy approaches
- Excellent listening, communication, and crisis intervention skills
- Salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus bonus (based on 32 clinical hours, guaranteed salary)
