We are seeking a Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to lead mental health care for at-risk youth aged 5-14 in a residential treatment setting on a 270-acre farm.

• Provide diagnosis, psychiatric evaluations, testing, and medication management to children with trauma, neglect, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Supervise contracted psychiatric staff, including Nurse Practitioners and psychiatrists.
• Ensure the health and welfare of students within a holistic, supportive environment.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hybrid remote options in Lignum, VA.
  
  

Qualifications: MD license in Virginia, experience with at-risk youth and child mental health, ability to pass background checks and tests.
