Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Temecula, Southern California, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.
Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac and orthopedic programs, a high-volume community hospital with OB, women’s health, and robotic surgery, and a new Level II trauma center with seven ORs and neuro services.
Case types span cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, vascular, and more, providing opportunities for subspecialty focus or breadth.
Enjoy the region’s outdoor recreation, family-friendly communities, affordable housing, and proximity to San Diego and LA. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time hours.
Candidates must have an MD/DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or be eligible for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are offered.
