iDrive Fulfillment: Customer Relations Associate - Nicholasville, KY

• Seeking entry level professional looking to grow with our fast paced 3rd Party Logistics company in Nicholasville, KY

• Position is Full-Time On Site in our warehouse offices.
• Applicant must be able to reliably commute daily to: 121 Venture Ct., Nicholasville, KY US 40356.
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to client emails - Must have excellent writing skills, including proper sentence structure and grammar.
• Coordinate with operations team - Ability to move fluidly between office and warehouse environments.
• Maintain strong client relations - Provide clear, detailed communications to ensure clients are always informed.
• Ticket Documentation - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Attend weekly customer calls - Participate in Zoom calls (weekly/bi-weekly) with clients to address their needs.
• Assist with order management - Help clients understand our warehouse management system (WMS) and assist with any inquiries.
• Contribute to the team - Provide coverage for team members and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
  
  

TRAINING:

• You will begin with hands-on training in our warehouse, learning our fulfillment processes to ensure you have a solid understanding of how to assist clients effectively.
• In-depth training will also be provided on our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS). Ongoing training will ensure proficiency in the system.
  
  

SKILLS/ABILITIES - Part of the interview process will include an evaluation of these skills

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• General office skills (e.g., filing, organizing, data entry)
• Some minor heavy lifting required (up to 40 lbs)
• HubSpot knowledge is a plus
  
  

HOURS/PAY:

• Full-time position (on-site)
• Work days: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM
• Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience and evaluation of critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail)
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and retirement benefits available upon eligibility
