Duties
- Operate packaging machinery and industrial equipment with precision, adhering to safety standards in production environments
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting and materials handling tasks
- Assemble packaging components using hand tools and mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues quickly
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations
- Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control packaging processes for optimal performance
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
- Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory management, materials movement, and forklift operation when needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse environments is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment are essential
- Familiarity with GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations, and safety standards in production settings
- Ability to operate hand tools, forklifts, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) effectively
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure packaging accuracy and quality control
- Proven ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
