- 5 years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis and data modeling
- Technical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Java
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
