System Analyst

IDR is seeking a System Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role supports data analytics, reporting, automation, and engineering operations within a utility company, focusing on delivering tailored reporting solutions and process automation to enhance engineering workflows.

Position Overview for the System Analyst:

• Support data analytics, reporting, automation, and process documentation for engineering operations.
• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Manage and enhance SharePoint sites, including forms, workflows, and documentation repositories.
• Build Power Automate flows to streamline engineering processes.
• Use Python for data cleanup, automation, and backend data access.

Requirements for the System Analyst:

• 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reports Developer, or Business Systems Analyst.
• 8 years of experience with advanced MS Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, and VBA/macro.
• 8 years of experience with Power BI.
• 8 years of experience maintaining and enhancing SharePoint sites.
• 8 years of experience documenting workflows and processes.
