IDR is seeking a Sr. Technical Curriculum Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role focuses on designing and developing engaging technical training content for advanced AI platforms within a leading technology organization. The position offers a fully remote work environment within a 30-mile radius of the West Palm Beach office and involves creating instructional materials that empower learners to effectively utilize AI solutions.
Position Overview for the Sr. Technical Curriculum Developer:
- Responsible for creating effective training content across multiple media formats to enable customers and partners to deploy and utilize the AI Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive courseware, including instructor-led, on-demand, and simulation-based training.
- Develop assessments, guided labs, real-world examples, and interactive modules to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in pre-release planning to update and tailor content based on new product releases and updates.
- Focus on creating engaging training for Generative AI and Agentic AI, with an emphasis on strengthening learner understanding and engagement.
Requirements for the Sr. Technical Curriculum Developer:
- 5 years of curriculum development and instructional design experience.
- Strong understanding of instructional principles and modern learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Technical experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Prior experience creating curriculum or training materials related to AI initiatives.
