Position Overview for the Software Engineering Manager:
The Software Engineering Manager will lead and Mentor a team of engineers in designing, building and maintaining scalable CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) solutions to ensure seamless and secure user authentication, authorization and identity management. This position will be 30% hands-on and 70% managing. Will be over 8-12 direct reports.
Required Top Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 10 years of experience in an IT Engineering position
- 5 years of experience managing a team of Software Engineer
- Hands-on experience leading CIAM/IAM implementations from completion to end
