This role involves managing the setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets across TV media campaigns. Position Overview for the Media Trafficking Specilaist:
- Traffic and manage creative assets for TV campaigns in alignment with approved media plans, flight dates, and rotation strategies.
- Coordinate creative delivery through third-party trafficking platforms.
- Verify correct language designation, creative rotation status, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure creative assets link to accurate landing pages, phone numbers, and tracking destinations.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy and readiness.
Requirements for the Media Trafficking Specilaist:
- 2 years’ experience in media trafficking or advertising operations.
- Strong attention to detail with accountability for end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, performance-driven media environments with tight deadlines.
- Experience with trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach or similar systems.
