Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lawson Supply Chain Analyst (Healthcare): • Oversee comprehensive inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, replenishment, and cycle counting. • Utilize Lawson systems to maintain inventory accuracy and support Workday integration or testing. • Conduct regular audits and participate in the annual physical inventory process to ensure data integrity. • Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, Clinical, and Purchasing teams to address product or backorder issues. • Facilitate product conversions, vendor returns, and invoice resolutions while ensuring compliance with supply contracts.
Required Skills for Lawson Supply Chain Analyst (Healthcare): • Proven experience with Lawson Supply Chain Systems. • Strong preference for candidates with Workday experience, particularly those with expertise in both systems. • Demonstrated understanding of hospital supply chain operations. • Proficiency in using handheld or mobile inventory management technology. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clinicians and physicians.
