What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter (inside sales/staffing readiness):
- Source and build relationships with top IT talent
- Match candidates to open roles
- Learn sales through hands-on recruiting and mentorship
As an Account Manager (Outside Sales):
- Build and manage client relationships
- Drive new business development
- Serve as the link between clients and recruiters
