In this leadership role, you will oversee a high-performing PR team while driving integrated communications strategies for a diverse roster of B2B and B2C clients. Position Overview for the Director of PR:
- Lead PR strategy and execution for multiple client accounts across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Guide positioning and messaging, proactive media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, providing counsel on communications challenges and reputation management.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of PR professionals to ensure strong performance and growth.
- Partner with agency leadership to support client retention, new business opportunities, and overall agency growth.
Requirements for the Director of PR:
- 8–10 years of PR or communications experience, including prior agency experience.
- Proven ability to lead integrated PR campaigns across both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients across multiple industries (including areas such as food & beverage and banking).
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
- Strong strategic leadership skills with experience advising senior-level clients on reputation and communications strategy.
