This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting corporate lodging and travel arrangements for clients and their employees.
Position Overview for the Customer Support Specialist :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, check-ins, and lodging issues
- Input reservation data accurately into proprietary systems to meet client needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone efficiently
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of duties
- Support corporate clients in coordinating hotel accommodations for various travel needs
Requirements for the Customer Support Specialist :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months or more of call center experience preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
