This role involves supporting content management operations within enterprise content management systems, primarily focusing on maintaining website content during a system transition. Position Overview for the Content Management Specialist:
- Support content management operations across multiple enterprise CMS platforms.
- Enter, format, and publish content using structured markup and metadata standards.
- Maintain content integrity and ensure consistency across systems during a multi-year transition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless content workflows.
- Manage dual maintenance workflows to support enterprise content delivery.
Requirements for the Content Management Specialist:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore.
- Strong understanding of HTML, DITA, and structured content workflows.
- Understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with teammates.
- At least 2 years of experience in content management and experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
