Immediate and long-term opening for an AI & Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking hands-on AI/ML engineers to develop production machine learning solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications supporting digital commerce, personalization, recommendations, and search.
*Periodic onsite work required in Conshohocken, PA*
Responsibilities:
- Build AI agents and multistep workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Develop and optimize ML models, recommendation algorithms, and personalization solutions.
- Deploy, evaluate, monitor, and maintain AI/ML applications in production.
- Develop SQL queries, data pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to modernize existing systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of data science, machine learning, or AI engineering experience.
- Strong Python, SQL, and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Proven ownership of model development and production deployment.
- Hands-on LLM, Generative AI, or AI agent development.
- Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, and statistical modeling.
- Master s degree in a relevant technical field.
Preferred: Advanced agentic AI development, Google Cloud Platform, recommendation systems, search relevance, knowledge graphs/Neo4j, Databricks, and a PhD
Salary : $70 - $90
