Agentic Identity Engineer IAM / Identity Security
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Agentic Identity Engineer to implement, integrate, and support enterprise identity security solutions focused on AI agents, service accounts, machine identities, and other non-human identities. This role combines hands-on IAM platform engineering, automation, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and support enterprise IAM and non-human identity solutions.
Engineer identity integrations using SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory.
Implement identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
Develop APIs, connectors, scripts, and automation for identity management and monitoring.
Integrate identity solutions with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and security tools.
Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and improve platform reliability, security, and performance.
Required Qualifications
10 years of enterprise IAM engineering, platform engineering, or identity integration experience.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, PingFederate, PingDirectory, Microsoft Entra, or Active Directory.
Experience managing non-human identities, service accounts, workload identities, or OAuth clients.
Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, federation, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience developing APIs, integrations, scripts, and automation.
Familiarity with cloud IAM, SQL, logging, and monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, Entro, PingAuthorize, or Ping Agent IAM Core.
Exposure to AI agent security, API/MCP gateways, or privileged access management.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, CI/CD, Terraform, Splunk, or Datadog.
Relevant SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft, or cloud security certifications.
Salary : $70 - $80
