Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as a registered nurse (RN) on a 12-hour night shift schedule.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
