Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Claims Coordinator :
- Efficiently and accurately process standard claims or adjustments
- Participate in non-complex special claims projects initiatives, including network efforts
- Understand and quickly operationalize processing changes resulting from new plans, benefit designs
