Inside Sales Position

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role located in Metairie, LA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include working closely with other team members to support sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in customer relationship management, sales communication, and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills in processing orders and managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with sales tools, CRM software, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in sales or in the wholesale industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a college degree is an advantage
