Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages in a fast, friendly, and professional manner.
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming experience while maintaining a lively, fun atmosphere.
- Follow all alcohol service laws to ensure safe and responsible service.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for action—before, during, and after events.
- Monitor drink quality and maintain proper portion control.
- Accurately track sales using our point-of-sale system.
what you bring to the table:
- A positive attitude, great energy, and a passion for creating amazing guest experiences.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experience as a bartender or in food & beverage is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol and have any necessary licenses or certifications.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver between event setups with ease.
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods in a fun, dynamic space.
- Ability to bend, reach, and complete cleaning tasks as needed.
