Description
Pizza Cook; Core responsibilities to include:
- Preparation of ingredients (chopping/slicing; sauce prep.)
- Timely assembly
- FOLLOWING RECIPES
- Cleaning and maintaining the pizza ovens and prep area daily
- Monitoring ingredient freshness; communicating inventory needs to the Chef
Requirements
- This is a PM position; anticipating 2:00pm - 10:00 pm
- Schedule will include weekends and (most) holidays
- Full-time hours available
- Position will require standing and lifting up to #50
- Position will be in the Kitchen in, at times, a warm environment
Salary : $15 - $16
