Pay & Schedule
● Training Days: $120–$130/day
● Regular Route Days: $180–$220/day Daily Performance Incentives
● Schedule: Full-time, 4–6 days/week, morning start times

Requirements
● Must be 21 years or older
● Valid driver's license (CDL NOT required)
● Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
● Able to lift heavy packages and handle physical work
● Prior delivery or driving experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
● Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
● Follow pre-planned delivery routes and schedules
● Load and unload the vehicle as needed
● Inspect the vehicle daily and report any issues
● Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
● Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
