- Sell & upsell to positively impact sales.
- Input all pending reservations in a timely manner as assigned by the supervisor.
- Answer phone call, and all customer service questions in a professional manner.
- Check extranet so that it matches the daily arrivals.
- Answer any inquiries in central in-box.
- Answer questions regarding hotel facilities and services, local attractions, directions, etc. Memorize and communicate applicable deposit and guarantee policies as requested.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Great customer service skills including superb telephone etiquette
- Tact, good judgment, and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management.
- Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management system’s mandatory.
- Bilingual preferred but not required
