This is a highly collaborative role, working across delivery, technology, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Infrastructure and Asset Management Knowledge:
Apply understanding of asset lifecycle management, capacity planning, and operational dependencies
Collaborate with IMCS, Capital Delivery, DT Architecture, and DT Operations teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
Demonstrate awareness of technology risk, cybersecurity considerations, and compliance requirements
Tools and Technical Proficiency:
Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent and 10 years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS or out of the box EAM initiatives
Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)
Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with Maximo MAS modules such as Manage, Health, Predict, Monitor, or Mobile
Experience supporting integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, SCADA, or data platforms
Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics
Relevant certifications (PMP, IBM Maximo certification, or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
Justification:
The Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream requires a dedicated MSA staff augmentation resource with capabilities in EAM business transformation and project management, specifically with experience supporting infrastructure asset portfolios.
This role is essential to maintain delivery momentum, reduce operational risk, and ensure successful execution of ongoing and upcoming initiatives with the Infrastructure EAM workstream.
This role replaces another contracted resource and is critical to help reduce project costs and operational risks while increasing productivity by providing backfill of a knowledgeable resource during heavy demand project execution phases.
