About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Hazleton, PA. This role supports daily operational, administrative, and reporting needs across multiple warehouse functions while partnering closely with site leadership to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support across all warehouse departments.
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives and project execution.
- Support new initiatives and warehouse damage-reduction efforts.
- Compile operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Identify, report, and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate leadership team.
- Assist in training leads and supervisors on new/existing processes; maintain training records.
- Track warehouse performance trends using productivity trackers and report insights.
- Manage tasks assigned by the Site/General Manager and Client.
- Prepare Weekly Block Inventory Reports for leadership and inventory teams.
- Validate claims tickets and report to the Claims Team.
- Deliver daily operations reports to warehouse leadership.
- Participate in warehouse improvement initiatives and follow-ups.
- Provide cross-functional support to NJT warehouses (Inventory, Returns, Outbound, Inbound).
- Conduct inventory management tasks including cycle counts and accuracy monitoring.
- Validate inventory adjustments, determine root causes, and develop action plans.
- Maintain SOP documentation and monitor Cello KPIs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an operations supervisor or in a similar warehouse leadership role.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP or warehouse inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid math skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-driven.
- Ability to travel up to ~10% to other U.S. warehouse locations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPIM) are a plus.
