Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst AV Specialist
Location: Hybrid Washington DC
Duration: 12 Months
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
Demonstrated technical experience
Relevant engineering certifications focusing on audio-visual and conference room equipment such as Microsoft Surface HUB and PolyCom.
CTS Certification
Implementing audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms
Supporting Teams and Zoom collaboration technologies
Troubleshooting skills
Project management
Vendor management
Familiarity with ITIL principles
Service-Now
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
