Position Overview We are looking for a 1st or 2nd shift, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our advanced optics manufacturing team. This position requires experience in manufacturing environment with a strong focus on precision, accuracy, and quality. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a passion for working with advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities Operate machining equipment Experience working on a manufacturing floor Perform visual inspection and measurement of optical components May collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure parts meet rigorous standards Document processes, maintain accurate production records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on machining operating experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing tools and machinery Familiarity with ultra-precision diamond turning equipment a plus Problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work A Can-Do attitude Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Join Us?
