IDESCO, division of Avery Products Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the Site Controller in overseeing all financial operations at the site level. This role supports effective financial planning, reporting and analysis, A/P and A/R activities, the development of financial models and budgets/forecasts and cost control. The position acts as a key partner to the site Controller, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business strategies.

What you will doing:
- Manage invoicing, A/R, credits and collections area with customers and internally
- Manage A/P practice area including vendor payments and communication
- Prepare and post ledger entries for customer and vendor activity
- Assist Controller in preparing regular financial statements, reports and forecasts
- Assist with monthly close activities in line with deadlines
- Investigate account discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance with policies
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting best practices – including GL, A/R and A/P
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports, statements & variances
- High degree of proficiency in Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
- Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems – knowledge of Epicor P-21 a plus
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- REQUIRED: Must reside within commutable distance.
