Position Summary:
Identity Group’s Wichita Campus is a dynamic and fast-paced environment delivering high-quality signage solutions to major hospitality and custom brand clients across the country. The Project Coordinator plays a critical support role in this process, managing multiple signage projects from the quoting stage through to delivery and installation.
This position requires close coordination with Project Managers, the Sales Team, and Manufacturing/Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills. The Project Coordinator will represent the company professionally through verbal and written communication while maintaining a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.

Essential Functions:
· Customer Communication:
· Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and meetings.
· Provide timely and accurate product and service information.
· Investigate and resolve customer concerns; escalate issues as needed.
· Identify customer needs and coordinate internally for appropriate solutions.
· Project Coordination:
· Support the full project lifecycle from quoting to delivery and installation.
· Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system for fulfillment and billing.
· Provide pricing and quote information to customers and sales representatives.
· Track project progress and coordinate resolution of outstanding items.
· Close out projects upon completion and ensure all documentation is finalized.
· Team Collaboration and Administration:
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
· Participate in internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
· Demonstrate consistent, on-site attendance at the Wichita Campus.
Physical Requirements:
· Regularly required to sit, talk, see and hear; occasionally walk and stand.
· Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to ten (10) pounds.
· Must occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp; frequent use fingers for typing and data entry.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project coordination or customer service, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
· Experience with Adobe Illustrator and FileMaker Pro preferred.
· Must be organized, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to multitask effectively.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams and clients.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.80 per hour
