Position Overview: As a Project Manager at Identity Architects, you will play a pivotal role in leading architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of architectural expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architecture firm or interior design studio, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Project Architect will be entrusted but not limited to the tasks below:
Project Management:
- Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
- Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Design Development:
- Contribute to the design process by providing creative input, reviewing designs, and ensuring they meet client requirements and design standards.
- Coordinate with the architecture and engineering teams to integrate interior designs seamlessly with overall building plans.
Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress, milestones, and any relevant issues.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop project budgets and monitor financial performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure projects remain profitable.
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
