CRM Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Los Angeles - operating 5 days/week onsite

About the Role
Our client, a consumer brand recognized for combining product innovation with social impact, is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to support their growing marketing team. This role provides the opportunity to build skills across email, SMS, and direct mail marketing while working closely with teams in Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Experience, and Creative.
This is an ideal position for an organized professional with strong attention to detail who is eager to develop expertise in lifecycle marketing and contribute to meaningful brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns.
- Write campaign briefs and partner with design to produce engaging creative assets.
- Draft promotional and lifecycle copy for emails, SMS, and sitewide messaging.
- Perform campaign QA to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist with segmentation, testing, and optimization efforts within CRM platforms.
- Report on campaign performance and engagement trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate creative requests and manage review cycles with cross-functional partners.
- Support additional CRM and marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Math, or related field preferred.
- Experience coordinating or executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo, Sailthru, Listrak, Responsys, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong copywriting skills; experience with AI tools for refining copy is a plus.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Interest in SMS marketing and lifecycle strategy.
- Passion for working with a socially responsible brand.
