Job Description:
Identifications Co. is looking for a motivated and dependable Screen Printing Production Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including printing shirts, washing screens, operating heat presses, folding, and carrying shirts. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day. This is a team-oriented position, so you should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Occasionally, you’ll assist with carrying orders out to customers, but your primary focus will be on production.
We offer on-the-job training, so experience isn’t necessary, but a high school diploma or GED is preferred. If you’re a positive, energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team setting and has a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Screen printing shirts
- Washing screens and prepping for the next print
- Operating heat press machines
- Folding and carrying shirts
- Assisting with customer orders when needed
- Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Working collaboratively with the team
Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
