Job Description – Identi-Check, Inc.
Identi-Check, Inc. is seeking full-time and/or part-time team members. Duties will include utilizing multiple web-based systems to perform background checks and fingerprinting services. Also administering drug testing collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform web-based background checks using multiple data systems
- Enter, transfer, and manage data with a high level of accuracy
- Scan fingerprints and assist with drug testing collections
- Handle inbound and outbound calls; assist customers with scheduling and account navigation
- Multitask effectively while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
Core Qualifications:
- Strong computer and technology skills are essential (data entry, system navigation, troubleshooting)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Experience working across multiple systems with speed and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
