What We Offer:
Customer Interaction and Insurance Paperwork: Handle customer calls, interact with patients, and manage insurance paperwork, including verification, breakdowns, pre-authorizations, and payment breakdowns.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple customer cases efficiently. We cater to both General Dentistry and Orthodontics patients.
OSHA and HIPAA Knowledge Preferred: Familiarity with these regulations is a plus, but we will provide training if needed.
Proficiency in MS Office: Required knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel to assist with billing and organizing insurance paperwork.
Dental Software Experience: Knowledge of dental software is essential, with a strong preference for experience with Dentrix.
