Now hiring full time auto detailers to clean, wax & polish new and used vehicles, inside & out, at our dealership locations in Longview, Bremerton, Fife, Auburn, Puyallup, Southcenter, Renton, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Everett and Marysville. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, hardworking, detail oriented, & works well with a team.
Starting/Training Pay $19/hr. Trained Detailers make $17.15-$27/hr on our unique production based pay scale.
Iden's Dealer Services is a rapidly expanding company specializing in Automotive Appearance & Protection Services in the Puget Sound since 1989 with 28 locations and growing. Employees (and their dependents) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will receive Paid Time Off/Sick Leave, starting at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (approximately 6 ½ days per year, working 40 hours per week), and topping out at approximately 20 days per year. Employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s 401k or ROTH plan, which includes an annual discretionary match. We also offer a referral program to all employees, with a $500 bonus for each referred employee that makes it through the probationary period.
